These Terms & Conditions apply whenever you use Touchly, its related site pages, and any optional service features.

By accessing or using Touchly, you accept these Terms and agree to follow them each time you use the Service.
You may use the Service only for lawful, personal photo editing, privacy cleanup, QR generation, and export-related purposes. Do not misuse the app, attempt to interfere with operations, or use the Service to submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful material.
You are responsible for the photos, QR content, and saved records you keep in History, and for deciding when to export those materials to Photos. If a feature uses diamonds for a supported save or QR action, review the cost before confirming it.
The Service, including software, design, branding, and original service materials, belongs to Touchly or its licensors. You keep ownership of the photos, generated QR images, and other materials you import or create, and you authorize us to process them only as needed to provide the editing, cleanup, history, export, purchase, and support features you request.
You remain responsible for the photos, generated QR images, and other materials you import, create, save, export, or otherwise process through the app. Do not use the Service with unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful material, and make sure you have the rights needed for the content you choose to edit, generate, or export.
Some features may require an in-app purchase through Apple and the App Store. Any diamonds or other virtual goods are consumable digital items, are not redeemable for cash, and may be subject to final sale or non-refundable rules except where law requires otherwise. You are responsible for reviewing purchase details before checkout, and you should use the restore flow when eligible.
The Service is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties regarding uninterrupted operation, content accuracy, and specific results, and we limit liability for indirect or consequential damages.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including editing tools, History, purchases, or support processes.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after the updated Terms are published means you accept the revised version.
These Terms are governed by the laws that apply where the service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
