How do I start in Touchly?

Open the home screen, choose Portrait Studio, Mosaic & Watermark, EXIF Cleaner, or QR Code, and then follow the flow for that tool.

How do I save a finished result?

Every generated result first goes to History. Open the record page when you want to save to Photos. QR records can save to album for free, while supported image records can use diamonds the first time they save to album.

Why does the app request camera, photo-library, or photo-saving access?

Those permissions are requested only for user-initiated actions such as taking a photo, importing an image, or saving a finished result to Photos.

What does EXIF Cleaner remove?

It creates a fresh copy that removes GPS tags, camera details, and capture timestamps stored in EXIF while leaving the visible image content unchanged.

What if my diamonds purchase does not appear?

Give the app a moment to refresh, try the restore flow if it is available, and contact support if the diamond balance still does not update.
