3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to operate Touchly, process photo editing and privacy-cleanup actions, keep History available, support QR generation and photo exports, handle support requests, process optional purchases, and improve product quality. We also use relevant records to prevent abuse, prevent fraud, and respond to legal obligations.

4. Image and Media Access

When you choose to capture or upload photos, the app requests camera or photo library access so it can collect, display, and process the media you selected. We use that media only to power the editing, cleanup, QR, history, and export actions you asked the app to complete.

5. Purchases and Billing

If you choose an in-app purchase, we process purchase and billing records needed to deliver purchased diamonds, restore eligible transactions, handle support, and prevent fraud. Payment processing may involve Apple App Store records and our internal purchase logs.

6. Saved Results and Device Records

When you save a result to History, export an image to Photos, or keep diamond balance and consent state in the app, we store and process those records as needed to let you revisit your work, complete supported saves, restore purchase-related access, and provide support.

7. Tracking, Analytics, and Advertising

If tracking-related permissions are available, we may use tracking, analytics, and advertising measurement signals to understand campaign performance, detect abuse, and improve service delivery.

8. Sharing and Service Providers

We may share information with hosting providers, infrastructure partners, customer support tools, payment processors, and other service providers that help us operate the app. Those providers may only use the data for the services they perform for us.

9. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as it is needed to provide the service, maintain History and purchase-related records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, enforce agreements, and investigate fraud or abuse.

You can change permissions through device settings and contact support@touchly.com if you need help with deletion, History questions, purchase-related access, privacy questions, or other rights requests.

11. Children's Privacy

Touchly is not directed to children. If you believe a child provided personal information without permission, contact us so we can review and remove the data where appropriate.
